Thank you for your interest in the Cladwood class action settlement. The original settlement term expired in 2002, but was extended. The extended settlement has been successfully concluded and no more claims are being accepted. Class members who submitted claims after the settlement fund was exhausted have been notified that their claims will not be paid under the settlement. They can have their claims returned to them and have been advised of their options.
